The brand plans to go offline by the end of year 2024 by opening shop-in-shops.
“40 pc of sales comes from our own website and the rest 60 pc from the marketplaces. We are not getting into exclusive stores but very soon we have plans to go offline by the end of 2024 by opening shop-in-shops. We are already talking to a lot of offline chains like Tira and Nykaa. We will be entering into modern trade and then we will enter the general trade club,” said Adlakha.
“We are soon coming up with a brand ambassador which will give a little bit of trust in the customer’s end. We will have two brand ambassadors – one male and one female,” Adlakha added.
Details on the brand ambassadors would be worked out by January 2024, according to the spokesperson.
