2021 has been a milestone year for us. We launched Evergreen Club, an age-tech startup focussing on the holistic wellbeing of the elderly by driving an online community of like-minded peers. We offer curated sessions across a variety of categories, which the elderly can enjoy from the comfort of their homes. The journey has been a challenging but fulfilling one, as we continue to build and grow the product with enhanced features to cater to the needs of older adults, a consumer cohort that is well underserved in the country.
Our outlook for the future is positive. Past year performance has been encouraging as we grew from a handful of members to crossing 300K in less than 12 months. Recognitions like “Best Apps for Good 2021” by Play store and moreover encouraging member feedback helps boost our efforts for the next year and we are confident that the community is only set to grow further.

Expanding our offering
Evergreen Club offers moderated and expert sessions across a plethora of categories like yoga, mindfulness, dance therapy, Zumba, cooking, baking, gardening, calligraphy, singing, drama, art & craft, open table discussions, antakshari, tambola, karaoke, etc. We see active participation from seniors for these sessions, and wish to introduce more such relevant activities of interest for them.
Expanding user base
One of the key focus areas for us is amping up the marketing efforts to create more brand awareness for Evergreen Club platform. We seek to solve a core issue of social isolation, which has been prevalent even before the pandemic hit the world. And it is more relevant for seniors now than ever before. Through our sustained marketing efforts, we aim to reach out to millions of older adults to help them find a sense of purpose and belonging.
Leverage the power of technology
We are a customer-centric organization and focus on providing improved services to our members. Our aim is to leverage the power of evolving technology like Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning to offer seamless customer experience on our platform. We want to also focus further to build an easier user interface and be an enabler for tech adoption in the community we serve.
Strategic partnerships
We are keen to forge strategic partnerships and alliances with companies that share a similar vision as ours – that of making an impact in the lives of older adults through differentiated offerings. We wish to collaborate with corporates, startups, senior living communities, banking institutions, etc. to provide holistic services to this age group.
Building a mission driven team
With an ever-expanding user base, hiring the right talent also becomes a natural focus for any firm. We believe that the employees act as building blocks for achieving the firm’s vision and instilling a right culture within the organization is key to employee growth and their wellbeing
