Mumbai: NIVEA India has announced the appointment of Siddhartha Juneja as its new E-Commerce Director, effective immediately. Bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in FMCG and retail, Siddhartha is set to spearhead NIVEA’s digital transformation and expand its footprint in the online skincare market.
Siddhartha’s career showcases a proven track record of success in leadership roles at companies like Mondelez, Flipkart, and Kellogg’s. In his most recent position as Head of Omni Channel at Mondelez, he played a pivotal role in scaling e-commerce and modern trade capabilities, with a focus on data analytics, content, assortment, and media strategies. His efforts contributed to significant growth and strengthened the company’s commercial success in these channels. At Flipkart, he was instrumental in developing the Grocery Business Unit strategy, driving improvements in pricing, assortment, merchandising, and performance marketing.
In his new role, Siddhartha will lead NIVEA India’s e-commerce operations with a focus on advancing digital capabilities, accelerating online growth, and building stronger connections with consumers in the digital space.
