Recognizing these advisors as “Health Captains,” the campaign highlights their pivotal role in safeguarding families and guiding customers through critical health decisions during challenging times.
Advisors are essential to increasing health insurance penetration in India, yet they are often underappreciated, perceived as intermediaries rather than vital support systems. To address this, #KaamMeinShaanHai aims to instill pride among advisors while showcasing their integral role in the health insurance journey.
From recommending the right product to assisting with claims during medical emergencies, advisors often go beyond their call of duty—coordinating hospital admissions, ensuring documentation is in place, and alleviating customer anxiety during vulnerable moments. Through this campaign, Niva Bupa seeks to recognize their selfless efforts and elevate their status within the industry and society.
Digital Films: Two impactful films, conceptualized by Leo Burnett India, showcase real-life scenarios of advisors managing customers’ anxieties during hospitalizations. These films, available in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam, emphasize the selfless dedication of advisors.
Stories of Pride: A plan to shoot 1,000 videos based on real-life experiences, capturing the extraordinary efforts of advisors, is underway to further humanize and celebrate their role.
Learning Modules: Comprehensive training modules have been designed to empower advisors, equipping them not only with health insurance knowledge but also wellness expertise. This will enable them to guide customers towards appropriate doctors, healthcare facilities, and better understand diagnoses and treatments.
The campaign launched with events in Delhi and Mumbai and will expand to eight major cities, including Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Patna, Bangalore, Kanpur, and Pune. These events will provide advisors with training, insights, and resources to excel as trusted healthcare partners.
