Nikhil Gandhi who had quit Times Network in September, 2019 has now joined TikTokthe popular social media video app as the India Product Head for TikTok and Helo, Bytedance India, sources told Medianews4u.com
At the Times Network, Gandhi was COO & President. He was responsible for the overall growth of all the channels under the Times Network umbrella. He was also spearheading Zoom and along with their original content division, The Zoom Studios and events division Zoom Live.
He joins TikTok at a time when the platform already has over 120 million monthly active users in India and the addition of Gandhi to the team clearly means that the platform is aggressively strategizing to grow the business.
