Back to Office: Coming back to office, the physical space that earlier defined our professional identity, won’t be simply picking bags and waltzing in. It needs to be about redefining identities, reassessing the way the space will be used and re-engaging as physical groups. We have started working with our people as professionals and as individuals in ensuring we together find the right balance of doing business in a changed world, started by pandemic and then continued with new realisations of business engagement.
People: Reskilling and Training to respond to the new way of working is a critical focus. We are trying to create new skill modules of bringing efficiencies and remaining effective independent of location and dependent on the objective of the engagement. The modules are both inward-looking and outward-looking. Inward looking will empower the teams to manage internal cadence, reporting, discussions basis need for physical presence, time allocated for activity and discipline to manage self, peer, team. Outward looking will be newly defining the means of engaging with marketer by ensuring that the conversation is meaningful to them in relation to their goals and their consumer needs. The ability to sustain contact in a crowded online engagement will be the objective of the outward engagement skills training.
ConsumerTech (Customer Centricity): Be the centre of creating conversations around consumer mindset by entirely focussing on all solutions emerging from understanding the consumer mindset. Commercial efficiency is been limited majorly in the recent past and we want to stress on its importance at a broader level and not at a singular view KPI level. Each conversation must be a close loop identifying efficiency and value across the communication and engagement chain. Blur the lines of adtech and martech and focus on consumertech.
Knowledge Sharing: Make the knowledge available and relevant for the segment consuming by bringing formats that enable understanding, interactivity and therefore information absorption. We are bringing UnGeek, blinking data,insights, debates and future trends in pellets that simplifies for some and details for the others. Knowledge Seeker Orientation is the basis for UnGeek.
Functional and Knowledge structure than hierarchical structures: We are moving towards roles and bringing capabilities in relation to the role requirement. Hierarchies limit the potential of an organisation and knowledge structures unlocks the potential and brings smart collaboration. The organisation is keen to ensure, with this, equal focus on delivering excellence while continuing to innovate and expand.
