Sunder Balasubramanian has been appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer at Myntra. Previously he was associated with Coupang as Head – International Marketing with a stint of over 1.5 years.
He announced his new appointment via LinkedIn post that read, “Excited to share that I am starting a new role as CMO at Myntra. Looking forward to diving into the world that integrates tech and fashion, beauty & lifestyle.”
An alumni of Indian School of Business, he has over 18 years of experience across the consumer-tech, FMCG and advertising industries. His expertise is in driving growth agenda, marketing and brand strategy, P&L delivery, new category development, digital marketing, innovation strategy and team management & leadership.
He has held several leadership positions with various renowned organisations namely, Disney+ Hotstar, Colgate Palmolive, McCann Worldgroup and Goldwire Communications.
