Mumbai: My11Circle, RuPay, Angel One, and Ceat will be IPL sponsors. They have paid a total of Rs. 1,485 crore.
A report in the Economic Times noted that three of them have bid for five years until 2028. RuPay has bid for a three-year deal that ends in 2026.
They beat out stiff competition in some cases.
Ceat has retained the strategic timeout partnership through a bid of Rs. 240 crores. There were no bidders for the orange and purple cap, and umpire partnerships the report noted.
My11Circle beat out Dream11 to be the IPL associate sponsor in the fantasy sports category by bidding Rs. 625 crore. Dream11, had bid Rs. 515 crore and was one of the incumbent associate partners said the report.
Earlier Tata Sons beat out the Aditya Birla Group for the IPL title sponsorship rights. It had bid Rs. 2,500 crore and the deal runs till 2028.
