Chennai: Legendary cricketer and decorated Indian cricket captain announced in a Facebook post that his journey with Garuda Aerospace for an IPO continues to strengthen. He supports Garuda’s vision to establish India as a Drone hub by 2030.

In 2022, former cricketer MS Dhoni joined Garuda Aerospace after Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated 100 drones at various locations. This partnership has significantly boosted the company’s revenue, positioning it as one of India’s most valuable drone startups.
A leader in agricultural and consumer drones, Garuda is now set to expand into the defence sector. The company is focused on developing advanced drones for military applications and aims to become a market leader in this segment within the next two years.
Garuda Aerospace was the first drone startup to receive dual DGCA certifications for both manufacturing and training. With a dominant 50% market share in the agricultural and consumer drone sectors, the company is now eyeing global expansion.
