Delhi: Airport Authority of India (AAI) in its continuing efforts to provide world class infrastructure and services to its stakeholders has been endeavouring to excel its global peers by undertaking various initiatives. As one of the initiatives, the AAI has been participating in the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey conducted by Airports Council International (ACI) in order to get the feedback from the passengers on various parameters of services rendered by airports and also get Authority’s airports benchmarked with other participants in ACI-ASQ survey worldwide.
