Mumbai: Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd, one of P&G India’s listed entity that includes brands like Vicks and Whisper, has appointed Mrinalini Srinivasan as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from June 29, 2024.
Mrinalini, with 16 years of diverse finance experience, joined P&G in India in 2008. She has led projects in Singapore, India, and Dubai, delivering exceptional results. An FMS Delhi alumna, she currently leads Corporate Finance and champions Gender Equality at P&G India. Previously, she served as Senior Director, Sales Finance for P&G India.

Mrinalini is taking over the role from Prashant Bhatnagar, who will leave the company after approx. 28 years of service.
Since joining in 2008, Mrinalini has excelled in various roles across Singapore, India, and Dubai, enhancing P&G businesses. She previously held positions such as Senior Director of Sales Finance for P&G India, and Regional Business Planning Director and Finance Director for Feminine Care across Asia, Middle East, and Africa. Passionate about organizational development, she graduated in Engineering from Shri GS Institute of Technology and Sciences, Indore.
