Global IT/martech company Mitgo has announced the launch of its Mobmio mobile performance network in India.
Mobmio, launched as a standalone business in 2023, has reached over 500 million mobile users, generated over 50 million interactions and acquired over 15 million new users for its customers worldwide, informed an official statement.
Alexander Bachmann, CEO and Founder of Mitgo, said, “Mitgo has always been – and continues to be – an innovative hub for emerging and mature markets. That’s why launching Mobmio is a logical step for us, allowing our publishers to harness the full potential of the fast-growing global mobile market.”
Mobmio grew out of a mobile services segment within Mitgo business Admitad’s partner network. After a successful beta test, it was decided to spin these services off into a separate business.
This test phase between January and May 2023 saw 10,000 Admitad partners globally witness a y-o-y profit growth of over 20 pc, demonstrating the platform’s market fit and growth potential, the statement claimed.
The first half of 2023 saw the service’s global profits grow by 27 pc. Mitgo plans to invest $10 million into development between 2023-2025 in Mobmio.
The company quoted figures from Statista that show more than 158,000 apps published by Indian app developers on Google Play so far this year, with the figure set to grow. India will be one of the key markets for Mobmio’s success, according to the company.
Mobmio’s partnerships in India include dozens of apps and hundreds of local publishers already. By end-2023, it plans to partner with 300 more Indian apps and another 5,500 worldwide.
“Brands will benefit from the expertise of a team with years of experience in the mobile app industry. This launch will help Mitgo enter new markets, enable us to attract new partners and increase the group’s profits,” said Bachmann.
Neha Kulwal, Managing Director APAC and India, Mitgo, added, “In comparison to other CPA-based networks, Mobmio offers a dedicated monitoring and compliance department, allowing publishers and advertisers to track and prevent suspicious or fraudulent traffic, providing traffic transparency and ensuring only high-quality traffic.”
The company, headquartered in Neckarsulm, Germany, employs over 750 specialists across 10 offices in Chicago, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Kyiv, and Tbilisi, São Paulo, Dubai and Gurugram.
