A year ago, Franklin Templeton India launched a campaign through a collaboration with ‘The Better India’ as part of their stance to Reach for Better. As part of the campaign they shared six real-life stories of people who have not only reached better in their personal lives, but also in the lives of many. Now, the financial services brand is focusing in a different direction by turning the page to a new chapter of the campaign.
This new chapter focuses on helping people Reach for Better in their careers. When talking about building and advancing one’s career, the one online platform synonymous with this objective is LinkedIn. Hence, the campaign has been tailored for the LinkedIn platform with an aim to bridge the gap between those who have made it and those who are striving to reach for better.
Objective of the campaign is to help everyone ‘Reach for Better’, Whether he is a budding entrepreneur or someone taking their first steps in the corporate world or someone looking to place his / her foot on the next rung on the ladder or staying where they are. From those feeling accomplished in their 30s to those feeling stagnated in their 40s.
As part of the campaign, industry experts from the fields of Retail, Education, IT, Healthcare and Finance will share their incredible career journeys in order to inspire everyone to reach for better in life and career.
Juzer Tambawalla, Director and Head – Marketing, Franklin Templeton India states that “In life, you’re always striving for more. It’s about turning ambition into achievement and reaching the goals that you have set for yourself. At Franklin Templeton, we all stand to Reach for Better. It’s more than a philosophy, it’s our way of life.”
Geetanjali Sachwani, AVP – Marketing, Franklin Templeton India, said that “Over the next few months, we will be sharing intellectually stimulating content on our LinkedIn page. Whether one has chosen as career in Sales or Training, Finance or Marketing, HR or IT, there is a lot in store for everyone to learn and become inspired by.”
The campaign is spearheaded by Mumbai based Digital Agency Mirum India. Naila Patel, Executive Creative Director, Mirum India, said “LinkedIn has become a learning hub, through this campaign we are sharing real stories that inspire, providing access to professionals who can mentor and thought leaders that can guide with a written word. This campaign is an opportunity for career-focused individuals to ask questions because learning might be a one-way process, but teaching is a two-way process, and is sometimes more effective.”
