New Delhi: Mila Beauté, an Indian beauty brand, has appointed Shailendra Gaur as Vice President of Retail to drive expansion in India. He will lead retail growth overseeing general trade, pharmacies, large-format stores, and brand outlets.
With expertise in retail strategy, Shailendra will be pivotal to Mila Beauté’s expansion plans, focusing on building a lucrative INR 100 crore retail presence for Indian colour cosmetics in both tier 1 and tier 2 cities nationwide.
Shailendra, with diverse experience in beauty and FMCG sectors, held roles like National Sales Manager at Swiss Beauty before Mila Beauté. Notable career milestones include expanding Mars Chocolates to Nepal and Bangladesh, Revlon’s 50% profit growth in India, and developing new business channels for Swiss Beauty in India.
