Mumbai: MediBuddy, a digital healthcare platform, has launched its #MakeItCount campaign to tackle one of the biggest challenges of the New Year: how to make health resolutions stick. Each year, millions pledge to live healthier, but studies show that 8 in 10 health resolutions fail by February. With this in mind, the campaign emphasizes a sustainable approach to achieving wellness goals and inspires individuals to take a more realistic and effective route to health improvement.
According to the campaign, while 50% of people aim to get more active, 43% want to improve their diet, 36% focus on weight loss, and 22% prioritise better sleep, the reality is that many struggle to maintain these health goals. MediBuddy aims to address this issue by promoting the idea that small, sustainable goals plus persistence equal long-term success. Through this approach, the campaign empowers users to break down ambitious health goals into manageable steps, offering a practical pathway supported by MediBuddy’s comprehensive healthcare services.
Saibal Biswas, SVP and Head of Marketing, Partnerships & PR at MediBuddy, said, “The New Year symbolises an opportunity for a fresh and healthy start, but achieving meaningful change requires a disciplined and consistent approach. We understand that the journey to better health isn’t about dramatic transformations but about taking consistent, small steps. Our #MakeItCount campaign demonstrates how MediBuddy’s ecosystem supports users in breaking down overwhelming health goals into achievable milestones. By providing accessible healthcare support and expertise, we are helping users turn their New Year resolutions into sustainable lifestyle changes.”
The campaign is conceptualized and produced by MediBuddy’s in-house creative team. The #MakeItCount video, lasting 1 minute and 09 seconds, will be promoted across all social media platforms to reach a wider audience.
With the launch of #MakeItCount, MediBuddy aims to redefine how people approach their health resolutions, encouraging consistency and perseverance as the keys to long-term wellness.
