Mumbai: MediBuddy has appointed Joel Fernandez as Senior Director Corporate Social Responsibility to develop and execute the company’s CSR strategy in line with its mission of making healthcare accessible.
As Senior Director, Joel will oversee MediBuddy’s CSR strategy formulation, multi-stakeholder collaboration, program implementation, and regulatory compliance. Key initiatives will include adopting community healthcare centres, deploying mobile medical units, facilitating consultations, diagnostic camps, and subsidised surgeries in underserved regions.
Joel, with 25+ years in technology, staffing, and social impact, joins MediBuddy from TeamLease Services Ltd., where he focused on skill development for the underprivileged. Before TeamLease, he held leadership roles at Cognizant, Genpact, Wipro, and Zenta.
