After 13+ years of leading India, Greater South, and APAC, Ashish Bhasin, CEO, Dentsu Pacific Asia is retiring from Dentsu. His last day is today.
Dentsu CEO, Wendy Clerk said in an internal mail.
Bhasin joined Dentsu in 2008 as CEO, India and was appointed CEO, Asia Pacific and joined the global executive team in 2019.
In an internal mail to the team, Bhasin said that he is very pleased to announce that the company has kindly agreed to his request for early retirement.
“I have obtained admission for the Harvard Advanced Management Program and hope to be able to complete that next year,” read the mail from Bhasin.
Wendy Clark in the mail further stated that a successor to Bhasin will be announced soon.
In the interim Clark will closely work with Simon Jones, CFO, Dentsu Asia Pacific and Belli Mathanda, COO, Dentsu Asia Pacific with the APAC executive team.
