Nina Elavia Jaipuria, Viacom18
Nina is reckoned for her ability to attract, grow and nurture talent. Under her leadership, COLORS has grown to number 2 position while Nickelodeon continues to be number 1 channel. Nina has also been voted one of IMPACT’s “50 Most Influential Women in Indian Media, Marketing & Advertising” for 6 years.
In September 2018, she was entrusted with the additional responsibility of leading Viacom18’s Hindi Mass Entertainment play, thus bringing COLORS, Rishtey and Rishtey Cineplex under her purview. Today, as Head – Hindi and Kids TV Network, Nina now leads two of the company’s foremost broadcast ventures. Nina also spearheads the performance management and development initiatives at Viacom18, in addition to the change process and behavioural fair practice initiatives.
Megha Tata, Discovery Communications
A seasoned media professional who has a proven track record of leading various broadcast businesses in India. She has worked with Star, HBO and Turner International in the past. In 2019 she was appointed as the Managing Director – South Asia, Discovery Communications. Before which she was leading the business news channel, BTVI. Tata is one of the few women leading such a multinational entertainment conglomerate, Discovery.
Apurva Purohit, Jagran Group
ApurvaPurohit, a name that needs no introduction. She is at the helm of the Jagran Group as their President. She led 91.1 FM Radio City to great success and is a seasoned author, her book Lady, You’re not a man has been a best seller.
Over the years, Purohithas won multiple business awards. In 2019, she was named as one of the Most Powerful Women by Fortune India. This was the second time that she received the honor from Fortune India as she was on that prestigious list in 2018 as well.
Myleeta Aga, Netflix
Myleeta Aga, a veteran in the content industry,in 2019 joined Netflix to lead their content operation for South East Asia and Australia. She moved to Netflix after spending a decade at BBC Studios handling various roles. Netflix has been aggressive in creating original content for their subscribers and hence showed confidence in Aga.
Kranti Gada, Shemaroo Entertainment
As the COO, Kranti has been responsible for driving various industry first initiatives and trends at Shemaroo Entertainment. She has also been a jury member at numerous prestigious awards like IPRCCA, where she has evaluated innovative and note-worthy entries by some of the most innovative and competing brands.

Rubeena Singh, iProspect India
Rubeena Singh is the CEO of iProspect India, which is part of the Dentsu Aegis Network. Rubeena has strengthened the Martech division in 2019 with some senior-level hires. She is credited with the launch of Solution Labs which has launched numerous solutions to provide the clients with more personalised manner and improve their business performance in the dynamic and complex digital marketing ecosystem.
