New Delhi: MaxIQ, the AI-powered Revenue Platform for B2B SaaS enterprises backed by Dell Technologies Capital and Intel Capital, has announced the appointment of Sastry Malladi as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With over 30 years of experience in AI, enterprise software, and product management, Sastry will lead MaxIQ’s product and engineering teams as the company scales its Revenue AI platform.
In his new role, Sastry will collaborate closely with Matt Hickey, CEO, and Sonny Aulakh, Founder, to drive MaxIQ’s vision of bridging the gap between sales execution and customer value realization.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the new role, Sastry Malladi said, “I’m thrilled to join the leadership team at MaxIQ during this pivotal growth phase. Today’s revenue teams are operating in silos — disconnected tools for sales and success lead to inaccurate forecasts, missed handoffs, and lost opportunities. With Revenue AI, we have the chance to change the game. I’m excited to build the platform that brings it all together.”
Sastry’s extensive career includes leadership roles at eBay and Oracle, as well as co-founding multiple startups, including FogHorn Systems, a pioneer in Edge AI that was later acquired by Johnson Controls. His expertise in AI-driven solutions, globally scalable platforms, and engineering leadership will play a crucial role in advancing MaxIQ’s technology roadmap.
As CTO, Sastry will spearhead the expansion of MaxIQ’s Agentic AI capabilities, designed to optimize sales forecasting, customer onboarding, product adoption, and revenue expansion. His appointment follows MaxIQ’s recent $7.8 million seed funding round led by Dell Technologies Capital, with participation from Intel Capital.
Welcoming Sastry to the team, Matt Hickey, CEO of MaxIQ, stated, “Sastry’s track record of technical excellence and entrepreneurial success speaks for itself. He’s the right leader to help us scale the next-generation platform that today’s GTM teams have been waiting for.”
With this leadership appointment, MaxIQ continues to gain momentum as more B2B SaaS companies seek to unify sales, customer success, and revenue operations under one AI-powered platform, streamlining everything from deal qualification to renewals.
