Bengaluru: Mashreq, a financial institution in the MENA region, has announced the appointment of Jyothi Bhatula as the Global Head of Mashreq Global Network (MGN) & Managing Director MGN India. In her new capacity, Jyothi will oversee MGN’s distributed workforce operations across India, Pakistan, and Egypt, ensuring the platform delivers top-tier talent and services aligned with Mashreq’s strategic goals.
With over 20 years of experience in banking and technology services, Jyothi’s career highlights include her role as Chief Operating Officer for UBS India Service Co., where she managed operations and technology and led the integration of Credit Suisse into UBS. She also held leadership positions at Credit Suisse in Singapore and India, focusing on global programs and operational efficiency.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jyothi’s entrepreneurial ventures include owning two restaurants in Mumbai. She holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad and an MBA from NUS Business School.
