Lowe Lintas has partnered with Naukri.com to launch a campaign targeting Gen Z professionals, aiming to highlight Naukri as the top choice for ambitious young talent by showcasing their drive and aspirations.
In today’s business world, younger generations are eager and determined to succeed quickly, prioritizing career growth over traditional norms. Despite others viewing this drive as negative, Gen Z sees it as vital for advancement in their careers.
Recognizing this trait, Naukri & Lowe Lintas has conceptualized a strategic campaign focused for this discerning demographic.
The campaign, designed for brief ACD slots during IPL, uses captivating storytelling to engage with Gen Z job seekers. Created in a distinct ‘Naukri’ style, the films embody career-altering changes.
Sumeet Singh, CMO, Info Edge (India) Limited, expressed her enthusiasm for the collaboration, remarking, “Naukri has always championed the cause of India’s professionals.
