Mumbai: Leo Burnett India has announced the launch of its thought Leadership initiative “Speakeasy with Dheeraj Sinha” in exclusive partnership with IVM podcasts. The podcast will be a weekly series consisting of ten episodes focusing on the theme Building Brands in the New Age.
Dheeraj Sinha, the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer – South Asia, Leo Burnett will be in conversation with business and brand leaders from India and abroad, sharing their experiences and journey in scaling up brands and businesses. An enlightening chat for listeners, full of insights, creative ideas, brand case studies, and future trends.
Speaking about the new initiative, Dheeraj Sinha, CEO & Chief Strategy Officer, South Asia – Leo Burnett said, “We need a new playbook for scaling up brands and businesses in today’s age. For instance, the average time to build a unicorn in India has come down from 14 years to 4 years, in the past decade. We have learnt that in today’s market, differentiation is a wrong chase. Across categories, we are building new behaviours, therefore, relevance is more important than differentiation. There are several new learnings that need debate and discussions. This podcast is a series of conversations with leaders and thinkers in todays’ times, on leadership, brands and businesses – discussing how to scale up brands and businesses in the new age.”
Kavita Rajwade, Co-founder IVM Podcasts adds, “This is IVM’s fifth show in the marketing and brandbuilding space, Dheeraj’s perspective is an interesting one, where he breaks down the journey of brands and how they have manoeuvred the complex Indian landscape. We’re always interested in what subject matter experts have to say and Dheeraj is a great addition to the IVM community.”
