Mumbai: The 21-year-old Communications Conglomerate Laqshya Media Group has announced the acquisition of Digitalabs, a prominent digital marketing agency, based out of Noida.
Recognized as a powerhouse in the field of OOH &recipient of the highest no of awards in the Events &Experiential Marketing space during 2016 & 2017, this acquisition marks the acceleration of the Groups’ ambition to make its mark in the Digital marketing domain too.
The seven-year-old Digitalabs, co-founded by Rakesh Tulsiani & Agam Chaudhary, is based at NOIDA & is well known for its solution-based approach towards digital marketing. Staffed by over 40 people, Digitalabs handles clients across multiple categories like Electronics, Finance, Travel, Education, Insurance and serves clients in overseas markets like Australia, New Zealand, UK and Singapore apart from India. Digitalabs is one of the few agencies who have a mobile-first approach, and all Digital strategies are built targeting the Mobile generation.
On this development, Rakesh Tulsiani, who is now the COO of the Division said” For years Digitalabs has facilitated Brands with conceptualizing and implementing fully integrated Digital marketing strategies which stem from nothing but data and numbers.
