New Delhi: Kraftshala, an Indian ed-tech platform, honors teachers with its #LessonsThatLast campaign on Teachers’ Day, spotlighting educators who shape careers and lives.
The campaign #LessonsThatLast highlights a video tribute where Kraftshala experts share stories of impactful teachers, celebrating the lasting influence of education beyond the classroom doors.
Commenting on the heartfelt initiative, Varun Satia, Founder &CEO, Kraftshalasays, “Teachers are more than just our guides through academic subjects—they mold our futures. Through #LessonsThatLast, we’re making a small attempt at honoring these extraordinary individuals by showing how their teachings have shaped our successes and made us who we are today.”
The video tribute features industry leaders who were mentors at Kraftshala, sharing anecdotes about how their teachers influenced their lives. Varun Sethi, a Management Consultant at Accenture and IIM Kozhikode alumnus, remembers Professor Matthew’s impactful teaching methods that changed his self-perceptions.
Megha Jain, Campaign Manager, Digital Freak recalls her journey with her teacher Archana Ma’am, “I was incredibly shy and lacked confidence in school. Archana Ma’am not only celebrated my achievements but also focused on my strengths, which played a crucial role in building my self-esteem.”
Despite limited school resources, Bhosle’s emphasis on personal development, along with her impeccable demeanor and English proficiency, helped SEO Manager Sadashiv Pal overcome insecurities, enabling confident public speaking.
Other Kraftshala mentors, such as Fahad Mistry, VP Sales & Strategy at TurboHire; Ayushi Mona Singh, Director Marketing at Delhivery; and Pratham Junius, Founder &CEO of Verse & Co., also shared their special memories of favorite teachers in the campaign.
