Superstar Kim Kardashian West has admitted that she might be persuaded to expand her social media presence to include Snapchat while discussing her career with WPP chief executive, Sir Martin Sorrell.
Kim Kardasian and Sir Martin Sorrell met while attending the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity after Kim Kardashian West featured as part of the Hollywood and Trends in Digital Storytelling session, hosted by WPP agency Sudler with its group creative director Chris Duffey and Niccolo De Masi, chief executive of Glu Mobile, which developed Kardashian West’s mobile game.
During the interview Kim Kardasian and Sir Martin Sorrell discussed the Kardashian family brand, her use of social media and how it has helped her build her own audience of millions, the mobile game and her views of using Snapchat ahead of launching her own digital platform later this year.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, who has 33 million followers on Twitter and 37 million on Instagram had said earlier in the day that her accounts were off limits to brands and said that she preferred the platform to be natural, while speaking to Duffey and De Masi on stage.
