Omnicom Media Group India has appointed Kenneth Fernandes as Business Director – Digital Planning. He previously worked as Associate Director – Business at IPG Mediabrands.
In his new role, Fernandes takes charge of managing media monies, planning and presenting media campaigns across multiple communication channels, providing campaign reports with results, campaign conclusions and suggested optimizations, and managing data requests and practicing effective client servicing.
Updating the new role on his LinkedIn handle, Fernandes expressed, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Business Director Digital Planning at Omnicom Media Group India!”
Prior to Omnicom Media, Fernandes worked for IPG Mediabrands as Associate Director – Business from 2021 to 2023. Previous this, he served as Business Group Head at Group M Media India Pvt. Ltd. Before joining Group M, he associated with Dentsu Aegis Network Asia Pacific as Group Head between 2018 and 2019.
Prior to his tenure with Dentsu Aegis Network, Fernandes played the role of Digital Media Manager at RK Swamy Bbdo Advertising Private. Limited, for a year. Previous to this, he worked at Madison Media as Digital Creative Manager from 2015 to 2017. Before this, Frenandes served as Senior Media Planning Manager at Madison Media Infinity between 2014 and 2015.
Fernandes started his career at OMD as Senior Media Planner since 2011. His areas of specialization includes Copywriting, Interpersonal Skills, Client Services, Relationship Building, Marketing, Account Management, Communication Planning, Creative Strategy, Media Planning and Advertising.
He also graduated MMS Marketing and Management from University of Mumbai.
