Singapore: KC Global Media Asia, an entertainment hub in the region, has announced the launch of its new distribution arm, KC Global Media Distribution, designed to expand the company’s footprint in content sales and partnerships both regionally and globally. This strategic expansion underscores KC Global Media’s commitment to bringing high-quality, culturally resonant content to audiences around the world. With its headquarters in Los Angeles and regional offices in Singapore, Taipei, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, and Beijing, KC Global Media Distribution will lead the charge in premium storytelling across multiple platforms.
The new division, led by Bonnie Wiryani, Vice President, Revenue & Head of Content Sales, is making its debut at Singapore’s Asia TV Forum & Market (ATF). The company is showcasing an impressive slate of new programs, including the highly anticipated Taiwanese remake of the Korean drama Top Star U Back, titled Breeze By The Sea. The lineup also includes a diverse range of drama, reality, and anime programs curated to appeal to international viewers.

The flagship project of the new distribution arm is Breeze By The Sea, which will premiere on 14 December 2024 at 9 pm on AXN Taiwan. The 18-part series, set in the beautiful coastal town of Kinmen Island, Taiwan, explores the intertwined lives of a group of characters as they navigate personal struggles and collective dreams. The series stars Chen Bo Lin, Puff Kuo, Hong Hui Fang, and Fann Wong and is directed by Peter Ho. In addition to airing on AXN Taiwan, the series will be available to stream in over 170 countries exclusively through Rakuten Viki and in 16 markets on Viu.
KC Global Media is also partnering with prominent production companies such as Mocha Chai Laboratories, renowned for the award-winning film Wonderland, and Empire of Arkadia, led by industry veteran Fotini Paraskakis. These collaborations aim to distribute groundbreaking, globally appealing content to international markets, opening exciting opportunities for storytelling across cultures.
