Consumer durables brand NU has announced the appointment of Jyotirmoy Ghosal as its new Chief Business Officer. He was Business Head of OnePlus’ offline channels prior.
Brand NU launched with stated intent to democratise technology by making quality consumer electronics affordable to all. It entered the market with smart TVs, washing machines and air conditioners in April 2023.
Ghosal brings with him decades of experience in consumer goods distribution and sales spanning electronics to durables. He spent over two decades at Samsung Electronics, besides stints at LeEco, Huawei, BPL and Sleepwell.
At NU, Ghosal’s focus will be on driving the brand’s growth by channelling distribution to enhance reach.
