Reliance Retail’s e-marketplace JioMart has fulfilled orders through Meta’s messenger platform WhatsApp for a year now.
There has been a 6x month-on-month growth in new customer acquisition on JioMart-on-WhatsApp, informed a company statement.

As part of the anniversary celebration, JioMart will offer discounts up to 70 pc on products across categories on WhatsApp shopping. It will also host a live session on its social media platforms with celebrities, contests and giveaways including iPhones.
