From playing a role as Marketing Management Trainee to Head of Marketing, Bansal has been long associated with ITC Limited. His career spans over 15 years at the company. He served as an intern at the following prominent organizations namely EY, The Coco-Cola Company and Aditya Birla Group.
Prior to his internship period, Bansal started his career as a Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services since 2005.
With 16 years of experience in FMCG, Bansal has expertise in Business Management, P&L, Portfolio Strategy, Category Development, Sales, Brand Development & Expression Equity, Brand Architecture, Traditional & Digital Marketing, Activation, Geo and Channel Strategy.
Bansal graduated B.Tech ICT from Dhirubai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology. He also did MBA at Indian Institute of Management Mumbai.
