Mumbai: Innocean India has recently announced new appointments in the agency to give a spurt to its agenda of digital transformation and enhancement of service quality across functions.
Aditya Pare, an integrated marketing communications (IMC) professional with over 18 years of experience has joined as AVP – Client Services. He brings on board a proven track record of success in managing large-scale campaigns across ATL, Digital, E-commerce, and Live Commerce platforms. He spent more than nine years working on the prestigious Samsung IM, CE, and Corporate portfolios. From establishing day-to-day brand communications operations in Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh to managing Live Commerce and Content Hub operations for Samsung India, Aditya has tackled every challenge with expertise and dedication.
Alongside Pare, Samrat Das Gupta has also joined the Innocean family as EVP of Strategy & Planning. He is a marketing and channel communication specialist with over 23 years of experience. He has worked with various global and local brands across the Asia Pacific region. As a through-the-line marketing strategist, Samrat has earned two effectiveness awards: the Asian Marketing Effectiveness Gold Award for Samsung’s ‘Jeet Lo Dil’ campaign and the Asia Pacific Silver Effie for Nokia Bangladesh’s ‘Lost in Translation’ campaign. Before joining Innocean, Samrat served as Client Director at Emperica Tech’s brand Knosh, a new food delivery platform, where he was recognized with the Marketing Meister Jury Award for 2022 by BARC Asia.
Innocean also announced the appointment of Abhishek Sinha, who brings over fifteen years of cross-functional experience in advertising has joined as General Manager – Strategy & Planning. He is an integrated brand strategist and a Digital-first communications planner, having invested a significant amount of time in both mainline and digital agencies. This unique combination equips him with strong brand-building capabilities and expertise in digital marketing. Abhishek has managed over fifty indigenous and global brands across various categories and markets, having previously worked with agencies such as Lintas, Percept, Grapes Digital, and Interactive Avenues.
Euvika Narang has also joined Innocean with over 13 years of experience spanning Consulting, E-commerce, and Digital leadership roles as Director – Analytics and Insights in Data Analtics – COE. She excels in team building, capability development, and driving growth through data-driven decision-making. Narang specialises in Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, Web and Social Media Analytics, Automations, and Product Development, with expertise across various sectors including hospitality, e-commerce, banking, and consumer goods. Notable clients in her portfolio include Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., BMW, Honda Cars, Bajaj Auto, SONY India, and Oberoi Hotels and Resorts. Prior to joining Innocean, Euvika served as assistant director data at Interactive Avenues (IPG Media group).
