New Delhi: Ingersoll Rand, a global leader in mission-critical flow creation and industrial technologies, has announced the appointment of Sunil Khanduja as the new Managing Director of Ingersoll Rand (India) Limited, effective from November 12, 2024.
This strategic appointment aims to strengthen the company’s leadership team and support its long-term growth strategy in the Indian market. Khanduja will lead the company’s entire Compression Systems & Services business in India for a five-year term, overseeing operations, business development, and growth initiatives across the region.
Khanduja brings with him extensive experience in the industrial sector, having previously served as the Business Head for one of Ingersoll Rand’s key verticals in India. In addition, he has managed the company’s operations across the EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa) region, overseeing global manufacturing locations and warehouses. In these roles, Khanduja played a key role in driving business growth, streamlining supply chains, and enhancing operational efficiency. His vast knowledge of both the Indian market and global operations uniquely positions him to lead Ingersoll Rand’s growth in India, one of the company’s most important markets.
Known for his strategic vision, ownership mindset, and results-driven leadership, Khanduja is expected to steer Ingersoll Rand India through the next phase of its expansion.
