Mumbai: A heart-warming romantic comedy ‘Love Per Square Foot’, India’s Netflix Original film which was very well received by Indian audiences, enjoyed a release in China at the prestigious Beijing International Film Festival. Produced by Anand Tiwari and Amritpal Bindra under their banner Still and Still Media Collective in collaboration with RSVP, the film was showcased under ‘The Belt and Road’ category with four other Indian films selected. The film also marked the directorial debut of Anand Tiwari and stars India’s current sensation Vicky Kaushal alongside the vibrant Angira Dhar.
‘Love Per Square Foot’ is a light-hearted take on the millennial aspirations of two individuals who come together to fulfil their dream of owning a home in the overcrowded city of Mumbai and stumble upon love when they least expect it. This bright, colourful and romantic offering is the perfect blend of a stellar cast, authentic backdrop and a well-written script. The Beijing Film Panorama of the festival is an annual gathering of movie fans with showcases across 30 theatres and 58 screens over a duration of 15 days. With its release in China, which is proving to be a booming market for Hindi films, ‘Love Per Square Foot’ has managed to cross borders and reach a wider audience due it’s original and top quality content.
