New Delhi: Salaam Cricket, India Today’s annual celebration of the gentleman’s game, returns this year with the cricket’s brightest stars from India and around the world. The event, which brings together the legends from the sport year on year, is all set to take place at the Emirates Tower in Dubai, on October 16th, 2021 this year, after having travelled to destinations in the past like London, Dubai and once in India.
Salaam Cricket is an effort to present the audiences with the best of the game they love. After a virtual event last year, the event is back in person and at a much bigger scale and expanse.
India is in the grips of cricket fever again with the upcoming T-20 World Cup. Fans are waiting with bated breath to see the squad take their rightful place as champions, and are living & breathing the game all over again. In this vein, this year’s conclave brings together the sport’s most loved and recognisable names for a power-packed day full of nostalgia, spirited discussions and the essence of cricket- the game that unites them.
