Mumbai: IIFL Home Finance Ltd., an affordable housing finance company in India, has announced the appointment of Pradeep Kumar Rangi as its Chief Risk Officer (CRO). With over 20 years of experience in risk management across international banking, payments, and fintech sectors, Mr. Rangi brings a wealth of expertise in strategic risk oversight, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining IIFL HFL, Rangi served as the Chief Risk Officer at Airtel Payments Bank, where he played a key role in developing a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management framework. He also held senior leadership positions at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore, where he contributed significantly to risk management strategies for fintech startups under SC Ventures, the bank’s innovation and fintech arm.
