Bengaluru: iD Fresh Food, a brand for natural products, has launched a new TVC campaign centered on the theme “a promise is a promise,” showcasing their dedication to serving the freshest idlis and dosas as per the iD promise.
The campaign is inspired by iD Fresh’s journey of overcoming challenges and keeping promises, showcasing its commitment to delivering fresh, natural products without chemicals or preservatives and maintaining this pledge consistently.

In the new campaign, a grandmother aims to fulfill her promise by starting the age-old process of making idli and dosa batter. However, her daughter introduces iD Fresh’s convenient batter, maintaining the homemade taste. This results in delightful idlis and dosas, evoking memories of the grandmother’s recipes and bringing happiness to her grandchildren.
The campaign, created by Saritha Rajagopal, iD Fresh Food’s Creative Director, will soon launch on their social media channels in multiple languages, promising to connect with audiences nationwide.
