Delhi: Integral Ad Science (IAS) has announced Marc Grabowski as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Srishti Gupta as Chief Product Officer (CPO), effective September 16, 2024.
Grabowski, former Global Vice President of Oracle Advertising, will manage the company’s global commercial division focusing on customer success, business strategy, and commercial operations. Gupta, ex-Chief Product Officer at Rokt, will oversee product strategy, development, and go-to-market plans. Both Grabowski and Gupta will report to IAS CEO Lisa Utzschneider.

Grabowski brings vast leadership and experience from both advertising demand and supply. He transitions from Oracle Advertising, having overseen global go-to-market efforts for products like Moat and Grapeshot. Prior roles include positions at Criteo, Persio, which was acquired by Clutch.com, and nearly a decade at Yahoo!

Gupta, a seasoned executive and visionary product leader, drove growth in B2B and B2C products, particularly in CTV advertising. Previously, she was Chief Product Officer at Rokt, overseeing enhanced e-commerce experiences. At Amazon, she led the development of cross-channel measurement tools, and at IRI, she served as President and General Manager for Digital and Media Solutions.
