Gurugram: Honasa Consumer Limited, the parent company of well-known brands like Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, Bblunt, and Dr. Sheth’s, has announced the elevation of Meetu Mulchandani to the position of Vice President & Head of Brand Factory. In her new role, Meetu will oversee Honasa’s dedicated division responsible for launching and nurturing emerging brands, which has been a key driver of the company’s rapid growth.
Under Meetu’s leadership, Brand Factory has played an instrumental role in shaping and scaling successful brands such as Aqualogica, The Derma Co., Dr. Sheth’s, and Staze. In her expanded role, Meetu will be responsible for leading the entire process of creating new brands within Honasa’s House of Brands portfolio. This includes market research, consumer insights, concept testing, and the development of business and marketing strategies, with a strong focus on innovation and strategic growth.

Meetu brings nearly two decades of experience in the beauty and personal care industry. She has been with Honasa for nearly four years and has played a critical role in building and nurturing young brands. Her career includes impactful positions at Nyumi, The Mom’s Co., Healthkart, Alteus Biogenics, and Mankind Pharma.
As Head of Brand Factory, Meetu will continue to be at the forefront of Honasa Consumer’s innovation ecosystem, driving the end-to-end ideation, incubation, and execution of new brands. The division’s focus remains on introducing disruptive brands that cater to the evolving needs of today’s consumers.
