In his new role, Lokesh will spearhead Honasa’s technological initiatives, focusing on integrating advanced solutions to support the company’s expanding consumer base. He will oversee key areas, including enhancing digital platforms like websites and apps, optimizing supply chain processes through SAP systems, and advancing marketing technologies for personalized customer experiences. Additionally, Lokesh will ensure robust internal security protocols to protect data and maintain operational excellence.

Lokesh brings over 13 years of expertise in product engineering, data strategy, and innovation. Previously, he served as AVP, Head of Engineering at Snapdeal, where he led teams in building scalable, data-driven solutions.
Based out of Honasa’s Gurgaon office, Lokesh will play a pivotal role in furthering the company’s mission to integrate cutting-edge technologies into product development. His deep expertise will support Honasa’s vision of delivering personalized, consumer-centric beauty solutions that align with evolving consumer expectations.
This announcement follows Honasa’s recent leadership restructuring, including the elevation of Vipul Maheshwari to head Product and Data Analytics and Meetu Mulchandani to lead the Brand Factory.
