New Delhi: In a groundbreaking move to enhance the fan experience and make the sport more accessible, Hockey India has launched its official mobile application for both the Hockey India and Hockey India League. The timing of the app’s release coincides with the highly anticipated return of the Hockey India League, a premier tournament that brings together top global talent to compete on Indian soil.
The newly launched app aims to be a one-stop destination for fans, providing comprehensive updates on the latest photos, press releases, squad details, match fixtures, and player stats. With its user-friendly interface, the app promises to offer a dynamic and engaging experience for hockey enthusiasts.
A key highlight of the app is its live streaming feature, allowing users to watch major tournaments, including the ongoing 14th Hockey India Sub Junior Women National Championship 2024 and the Junior Men’s Asia Cup. Speaking on the launch, Dr. Dilip Tirkey, Chairperson of the Hockey India League Governing Committee, shared, “The official Hockey India and Hockey India League app is a step towards bringing the sport closer to its fans.
