Mumbai: Hindware Limited has announced the appointment of Nirupam Sahay as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its Bath and Tiles division. Sahay’s leadership will mark the beginning of a new growth chapter for Hindware’s sanitaryware, faucets, and tiles businesses.
Nirupam Sahay brings over two decades of experience in leading business transformations and driving profitability across multiple industries, including lighting, consumer durables, paints, and financial services. Prior to joining Hindware, Sahay was the President of the Lighting Solutions Business at Dixon Technologies. His career also includes significant leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Philips Lighting, GE Capital, Whirlpool, and Asian Paints.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Sahay has contributed as a board member at Rexxam Dixon Electronics Private Limited and GE Money Financial Services. He is also currently a member of the Board of Advisors for the Institute for Advanced Studies in Complex Choices.

Sahay’s academic credentials include a BA Honors in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, a Master’s in Management from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), and completion of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the Wharton School.
With Sahay’s extensive expertise and leadership, Hindware Limited is poised to strengthen its market presence and expand its footprint in the evolving Indian bath and tiles industry.
