Mumbai: The Hinduja Group has appointed Amit Chincholikar as its new Group President – Human Resources, effective from January 2, 2025. He succeeds Mr. Amanppreet Singh Bhatia, who concluded his successful tenure of five years with the Group.
Chincholikar brings over 30 years of global experience in Human Resources across a range of industries. With a proven track record in HR strategy, leadership, and the implementation of transformative HR practices, his expertise spans key regions, including India, the United States, and Singapore. His leadership extends beyond HR to include sustainability, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), corporate communications, and business excellence, having led these functions in his previous roles.
Prior to joining the Hinduja Group, Chincholikar served as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires (OHT). His impressive career journey also includes significant roles at Tata Consumer Products, Tata Sons Limited, Aditya Birla Group (ABG), and Mercer Human Resource Consulting.
Chincholikar holds a Master’s degree from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Science, specializing in Statistics and Operations Research, from Bombay University.
