Mumbai: FCB Kinnect has appointed Henna Pande as Executive Vice President – North. After a well-earned sabbatical in 2024 to focus on personal well-being, Henna returns to lead Kinnect’s expanding Delhi office with her strategic acumen and transformative leadership.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Henna has been instrumental in scaling businesses and shaping Kinnect’s Delhi operations. During her impactful six-year tenure, culminating as Vice President (North), she grew the team from 15 to over 100 Kinnectors, built high-performing teams, and collaborated with global powerhouses such as Amazon, Nokia, Bausch + Lomb, vivo, Vistara, and more.
Her return marks an exciting new chapter for FCB Kinnect Delhi. With a sharp focus on accelerating growth, deepening client relationships, and fostering an energizing work culture, Henna is set to elevate the agency’s strategic and business impact.
