His engineering and operations background paved the way for leadership in production operations, resource optimization, and startup endeavors. Prajapati’s strategic operational planning and quality management expertise will greatly benefit Elista’s manufacturing growth in India and abroad.

Rupesh Kumar, a seasoned leader with 20 years of diverse experience, is the new CFO at Elista. With expertise in financial operations, taxation, and audits across manufacturing, digital solutions, and electronics, he will play a key role in Elista’s financial strategy by engaging with bankers, government bodies, and auditors for fundraising and auditing needs.
