NPD (New Product Development) – We will be focussing on the development and launching of new products, as per market need. We will ensure that we get sizable market share in the category of the new products launched. Hamdard has always endeavoured to provide quality products to its consumers at highly affordable prices.
Focusing on Distribution Network – Building in-house capabilities to cater products to different segments, like Institutions, Modern Trade, HORECA and online sales. Skill development of current field staff and hiring talented Sales staff will be the focus. Ensuring that our products reach our valued and loyal customers all over the globe.
Sustainable Commodity Cultivation–We will be concentrating on strengthening our herbal, fruits and commodities cultivation vertical. Goal will be Infrastructure development of our diversified Agri business and better productivity. Focus areas will be herbs, fruits (particularly Mango and citrus) and pulses. Capabilities will be developed to reach the market in the quickest and most cost-effective way possible.
Technological Advancement – We will be utilising Technology for Salesforce automation, distributor engagement and customer interaction for a better product experience. Solar energy will be used in factories as a source of sustainable and renewable energy. Technology will also be used in our Agri business to lower consumption of natural resources, like water and electricity.
Expand our Charitable Objectives – Since last 115 years Hamdard has been spending majority of its profits for charitable objectives. We will continue our vision of expanding our charitable activities and invest in Education, skill development, employment generation and healthcare services.
