Prior to joining Gupshup, Anchali served as the Country Head at Graas, a leading e-commerce analytics company, where she played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by over 120% and significantly expanding the company’s client base. Earlier in her career, she held key positions at major tech companies, including Telkomsel, Indonesia’s largest telecom operator, where she spearheaded the launch of the company’s digital advertising business, focusing on location-based advertising.
Anchali also held leadership roles at Zomato Indonesia and Line Corporation, where she was the Chief Commercial Officer for Line’s enterprise messaging product. At Line, she led marketing, product initiatives, and business development efforts, further strengthening her reputation as an expert in the messaging ecosystem.
