Gurgaon: Genesis BCW, a leading public relations and public affairs consultancy that delivers integrated communications services to some of the best global and Indian companies, today announced its appointment as communications partner for the upcoming Delhi Noida International Airport at Jewar by Zurich Airport International AG. The business was won in September 2020 following a multi-agency pitch.
Zurich Airport International recently received its license to design, build, operate and manage Delhi Noida International Airport (DNIA) for a period of 40 years. Scheduled to open in 2024, the airport will provide capacity for 12 million passengers per year. Being developed as a public private partnership (PPP), DNIA will merge Indian culture and hospitality with Swiss technology and efficiency. India’s newest greenfield airport will deliver quick, efficient processes and excellent value for passengers, airlines and partners.
Genesis BCW will work with Zurich Airport International team and its local subsidiary Yamuna International Airport Private Limited to showcase PPP’s commitment to building and maintaining a world-class airport in India. Through an integrated communications approach, Genesis BCW will support Zurich Airport International with media relations, crisis preparedness, compelling storytelling, content development and social media management. The account will be served from the Genesis BCW India north region.
