Pune: Hansgrohe India, the Indian subsidiary of the leading German innovator in bathroom solutions, has announced the resignation of Gaurav Malhotra from his position as Managing Director, effective September 30. After nearly eight years with the company, Malhotra has chosen to take a personal sabbatical.
During his tenure, which began in 2017, Malhotra played a crucial role in driving growth and innovation within the organization. He led several key initiatives that solidified Hansgrohe India’s standing in the bathroom industry and established strategic partnerships in both the real estate and hospitality sectors.
In his absence, Thomas Stopper, Vice President Asia, will assume the responsibilities of Managing Director on an interim basis. Stopper, who has been with the Hansgrohe Group for 15 years, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in various key positions. Renowned for his strategic vision and execution capabilities, he is well-equipped to ensure a seamless transition and maintain the momentum of the India operations.
