Bengaluru: Tuco Kids, an emerging brand in the kids’ personal care industry, has appointed Chanakya Gupta as Co-Founder, marking a significant step in the company’s expansion plans. This move comes shortly after Tuco Kids successfully closed a $2 million seed funding round, led by Fireside Ventures and Whiteboard Capital.
Gupta, who brings over 23 years of experience in consumer businesses, most recently served as the Business Head – Play (formerly Fitso) and Chief Human Resources Officer at Curefit. His impressive career includes senior leadership roles at Flipkart, where he served as Vice President – Strategic Partnerships for the Flipkart group and played a pivotal role in launching initiatives like Flipkart Boost and 2GUD. Prior to Flipkart, Gupta spent nearly a decade at Hindustan Unilever Ltd., where he led modern retail partnerships and brand development in the soaps category.
