Fractal Ink Design Studio – Linked by Isobar is a design studio under the Denstu Aegis Network umbrella. It was founded by Priyanka Agrawal, Tanay Kumar and Geeta Suthar.
Priyanka Agrawal, Co-Founder, COO and Chief Strategy Officer of Fractal Ink Design Studio shares her main points of Focus in 2020.
Since 2010, Fractal Ink has always endeavored to be ahead of the curve by anticipating the next ‘big thing’ and preparing to be at the center of it when it hits. We continue to do so by cultivating an open and experimental culture within the organization. Our team is all geared up and excited to take on 2020 as the new challenge, ready to be at center-stage for what’s coming next.
Go Deeper
With our existing client relationships, we intend to put on a consulting hat, extending a 360-degree vision on improving partner/ vendor/ employee efficiencies and relationships.
A full customer lifecycle evaluation that will help companies identify all physical, digital and phygital touchpoints and plan interventions that will create value at these touchpoints. Using newer technologies at the forefront of all innovation to deliver value in catapulting their customer propositions and placing them in the innovation quadrant.Using design and customer-centricity at the heart of all decision. Helping them to create a culture of innovation and intrapreneurship to scale, grow and be early movers in all aspects of their industry.
We want to act as innovation catalysts for our clients.
Data driven experience design
We intend to bring data driven decision making process in design. Using AI, IOT and all other Industry 4.0 technologies we will leverage the power of data to create hyper personalized ecosystems for consumers, partners and employees. Using data ethically and responsibly where the users derive the maximum benefit from their own data and be given customized and personalized experience will be at the heart of design discussions in the coming year.
Embrace Uncertainty
With our company pivoting towards experience-led consulting, it is important that the team starts breathing the thinkers air. We need to move on from being implementers of an idea from the client to effectively question, understand and create value propositions for them, test and validate them before moving to market. Be ready and trained for an agile environment and a constant search for disruptive strategies for our clients. We need to train people into accepting that neither clients nor we, will have all the right answers all the time. Nimble work environments that allows fast turnaround on feedback loops is what we intend to embrace in the coming times.
Reverse Mentoring
The newer generation we hire are full of ideas. They are the digital natives and are the early adopters of anything new that hits the market. Surrounding ourselves with a younger team and hearing them out, giving them a platform to experiment and be ready to succeed or fail without judgement will help drive a new wave on the floor.
We need to be open to learning from them in terms of new technology, new sustainable methods, gender diversity and inclusion etc. In our experience they are a thoughtful and enthusiastic bunch and we need to be prepared to get down from our high grounds to learn from them.
It’s time now to brew a new generation of leaders.
Talent Pooling
We at Fractal Ink are at a vantage position being a part of the Dentsu Aegis network. Giving our clients a full service from consulting, branding, marketing, creating customer experiences and end-to-end implementation can be easily accomplished when all DAN agencies work together. In 2020 we are planning to integrate more closely to offer one stop solution for our clients.
